Let's get started! I'm Hannah Howell and with my degree (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) and professional skills, I strive to better myself and my community with an emphasis on social responsibility and green living.
I studied analytical management practices at the University of Southern Mississippi as well as Pre-Nursing studies at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Jackson County Campus. Previously, I worked as a cashier and In my free time, I enjoy a variety of arts and crafts along with spending time with my rescued animals. |
I was born in Mobile, Alabama, but currently reside in Gautier, Mississippi since 2008. Before my studies, I had the pleasure of volunteering in Vacation Bible School and food pantries.
From 2014-2016, I attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College where I was named a President's and Vice President's list scholar. In 2017, I transferred into the University of Southern Mississippi School of Nursing, where I studied for three semesters and attained hands on skills with patients. In August 2018, I began pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, where I lead a team to success in a Capstone business simulation, completed marketing and analysis projects, and learned about each of the major domains for business (finance, accounting, marketing, economics, supply chain, and management). While there, I made the Dean's list and graduated with the class of 2020. When not engaged in schoolwork, I often draw, watercolor, and ink sketch various subjects. Other creative endeavors include creative writing and poetry. In the near future, I aim utilize my business skills and artistic ability to sell prints of my work and have them exhibited in local galleries.
At home, I enjoy creating new dishes inspired by a fusion of local ingredients and flavors from across the globe. I've raised two of my cats since they were rescued at two weeks, taken in one stray, and adopted my other cat and dog from shelters. On Sunday afternoons, my dog accompanies me on long walks on the beach in Ocean Springs. My four rescued cats are always nearby in a windowsill to serve as my creative muses while I study or page turners when I read for pleasure. On our two wooded acres, there is always plenty to do and I enjoy tending and landscaping the yard with my family. |
